How cool. Indigo was a pleasant film that reminded me of myself and others who are literally the difference... like the mutants of X-men but not as fantastical. I haven't picked up a book and gone all the way through as I have this one in a while. Contained there are great exercises to help one remember their Essence through connecting the feelings felt in all circumstances to the heart while releasing all thoughts and judgements about the feelings. Positive or negative energies turn out to be of One Unified Divinity. Dualistic outlooks dissolve and the world of the relative and illusions is purified to be a great tool once again as opposed to a prison.
